1. Who we are
LaunchGuarding (“we”, “us”) provides an ad compliance scanning service. Contact: launchguarding@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, password credentials (hashed), and workspace membership details you provide at signup or invite.
- Workspace content — client and campaign records, ad copy, images you upload, scan results, comments, and shared report settings.
- Billing data — subscription status and plan identifiers. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Integration tokens — if you connect ad accounts (for example Meta), we store encrypted access credentials needed to sync or publish on your behalf.
- Usage and device data — product events, approximate location from IP, browser type, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service. Optional product analytics (such as PostHog) may be enabled when configured.
- Communications — messages you send via contact forms, support email, or newsletter signup.
3. How we use information
- Provide scans, rewrites, reports, team features, and account administration
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and maintain security
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and entitlement limits
- Send transactional email (invites, password reset, product notices you opt into)
- Improve the product using aggregated or de-identified insights where possible
4. AI processing
Ad copy and related assets you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate policy analysis and rewrite suggestions. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process. Provider subprocessors only receive what is needed for the request.
5. Sharing
We share information with:
- Infrastructure and email vendors that host or send on our behalf
- Payment processors (Stripe)
- AI and ad-platform providers when you use those features
- People you invite to your workspace or share public report links with
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You can delete your account in Settings → Account. Some records may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and encrypted storage for sensitive integration tokens. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices
- Update profile and workspace settings in the product
- Disconnect ad integrations and revoke shared report links
- Unsubscribe from marketing email where offered
- Delete your account in Settings, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing launchguarding@gmail.com
9. International users
We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using LaunchGuarding you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
10. Children
LaunchGuarding is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
